About Us
Annie Agar
Sports broadcasting and pre law major at Grand Valley State University. Sideline reporter WOODTV8, NBC affiliate news station.

Annie became interested in sports at a young age due to her father, Jeff, playing pro baseball for the Detroit Tigers. Sports just became a part of their family. She participated in many sports throughout high school and when the chance came to play softball at the collegiate level she turned it down for the chance at a career in sports broadcasting. With that decision came an internship at WOODTV8 that turned into a hired position with the company. She has been working there for a year now conducting interviews with players such as Kirk Cousins, Justin Verlander, and Peyton Manning.

John Agar
Sports management major and business/communications minor at Aquinas college. Featured on ESPN E:60 "The Final Mile".

John was born 11 weeks early which caused him to have a disability called cerebral palsy. It is a disorder that affects his muscles. He has a harder time doing everyday activities, however that has not stopped him. In 2013, John walked a mile in his walker in the last mile of a 5k race. ESPN heard of the great steps he was taking and came out to do a story on him and his family. Just this past year John and his father, Jeff, competed in the Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii where John again had the plan to get out of his wheelchair and walk the last mile of the 140.2 mile race.

Our Inspiration
Our inspiration for the show comes from our desire to bring a new spin to the sports talk show business. This fresh take on sports from the perspectives of a man in a wheelchair and a lady in heels will be something no one has heard before.
